Description
DLL3 has emerged as a compelling therapeutic target in neuroendocrine tumors, making well-characterized cynomolgus monkey orthologs essential for preclinical antibody cross-reactivity screening and pharmacokinetic studies. This recombinant Macaca fascicularis DLL3 (residues 27–490) is produced in mammalian cells with a C-terminal 6xHis tag, preserving native-like glycosylation critical for accurate binding assessments. Functional ELISA validation demonstrates robust activity, with immobilized DLL3 at 2 μg/mL binding an anti-DLL3 recombinant antibody at an EC50 of 1.625–2.702 ng/mL, confirming suitability as a reliable positive control in antibody screening, epitope binning, and species cross-reactivity evaluation.
