Regarding your protein CSB-EP365892HIL,I was wondering if this protein could be provided tag-less. Have you ever produced this protein without a tag, or performed tag-removal?

Very nice to receive your inquiry. Sorry, as this is a semi-customized protein that we haven't expressed before, so we also have never tried tag removal.
Please remark your requirement for tag removal if you need the untagged protein or tag removal when placing the order.
Sorry, we haven't tried to remove the tag before. We can try enzyme digestion, but we can't guarantee 100% successfully.
The overall success rate of enzyme digestion data analysis is 75%-86%.
* Not all protein tags can be removed as some proteins will be very unstable after tag removal.
* If we succeed in removing the tag, we will charge for extra cost.
* If we fail in removing the tag, we won’t charge for tag removal and provide the fusion protein, and remark this information in datasheet as follows
“Note: The laboratory determined that the Tag on your protein could not be removed with standard laboratory procedures. Your protein is being supplied with the Tag intact.”
* Generally, the delivery time will be extended for 3 days.

Plays a role in the elongation phase of viral strand displacement replication by unwinding the template in an ATP-independent fashion, employing its capacity to form multimers. Also enhances the rate of initiation. Released from template upon second strand synthesis. Assembles in complex with viral pTP, viral pol, host NFIA and host POU2F1/OCT1 on viral origin of replication. Covers the whole ssDNA genome during synthesis. The complementary strand synthesis induces its relese from DNA template. May inhibit cellular transcription mediated by the interaction between host SRCAP and CBP.
