Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
SLAMF7 (CD319) is a self-ligand receptor expressed on natural killer cells, activated T cells, and multiple myeloma cells, making it a validated target for cancer immunotherapy and a key marker in hematologic malignancies. This mammalian-expressed extracellular domain (aa 23–226) exhibits a binding affinity of 0.18 nM to an anti-SLAMF7 monoclonal antibody as measured by surface plasmon resonance, demonstrating the conformational integrity required for therapeutic antibody epitope mapping, competitive inhibition screening, and receptor-ligand interaction studies. The protein supports use in functional ELISA with an EC50 of 8.9–10.3 ng/mL when immobilized at 2 μg/mL, providing quantitative benchmarks for blocking antibody validation and small-molecule inhibitor screening in oncology drug discovery.
