Netrin-1 orchestrates axon guidance, angiogenesis, and tumor cell migration through interactions with DCC and UNC5 family receptors, making it a pivotal target in neurodevelopmental and cancer biology research. This mammalian-expressed protein spanning residues 22–604 captures the full secreted form and demonstrates robust receptor-binding activity, with an EC50 of 26.43–30.77 ng/mL in functional ELISA against anti-NTN1 antibody, providing a quantitative benchmark for receptor-ligand binding and competition assays as well as antibody characterization studies.
