Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-81°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
IGFBP7 engages CD93 to modulate angiogenic signaling and cellular adhesion, making their interaction a key target in vascular biology and tumor microenvironment research. This recombinant human IGFBP7 (aa 27–282, full-length mature protein) carries a C-terminal hFc1 tag and demonstrates validated binding to human CD93 with an EC50 of 3.405–5.456 ng/mL in functional ELISA, providing a reliable basis for receptor-ligand binding assays, SPR kinetic studies, and cell-based adhesion or angiogenesis experiments. Mammalian cell expression preserves native glycosylation and folding critical for IGFBP7's multi-domain architecture, while purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE and endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfy the criteria typical for functional cell assays and in vivo studies where endotoxin interference must be minimized. The hFc1 tag additionally supports use as an immunogen for antibody development or as a capture molecule in plate-based interaction screening.
