Q:

I have question regarding Recombinant Betula pendula Profilin(BETVII) CODE: CSB-EP335151BSS, you wrote that this protein is tagged "The tag of this protein is N-terminal 6xHis-SUMO-tagged". For what purpose is this protein tagged? What do you think, if this protein wil be good for preparation of calibration curve with your BETVII Antibody (CODE: CSB-PA335151HA01BSS) in ELISA assay and as positive control in western blot during research concerning detection of profilin homologoues in plant extracts? Or will be better to remove this tag for above mentioned research? You wrote that, you could provide tag removal service.
