Reconstitution

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

I would like to know more about the aseptic and endotoxin removal. I would like to know the following:
1)If Aseptic processing is by heat sterilization?
2)Whether heat sterilization treatment will cause protein denaturation?

Thanks for your inquiry.
1. The aseptic process doesn't perform by heat sterilization, It is filtered and sterilized by a 0.22um sterile filter, which generally does not affect the protein structure activity.
2.We mainly use the PMB affinity chromatography (polymyxin B-agarose) method for endotoxin removal, which is mild and generally does not affect the protein structure activity;
then the LAL reagent is used to qualitatively detect endotoxin content. To ensure endotoxin levels are within 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug).
