Description

The dnaK antibody was derived from the rabbits immunized with the recombinant Escherichia coli chaperone protein dnaK protein (1-638aa). This rabbit anti-Escherichia coli dnaK polyclonal antibody was tested to detect Escherichia coli dnaK protein in ELISA and WB applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity.

The target protein dnaK acts as a molecular chaperone that assists in protein folding and quality control and plays a role in the stress response of cells. dNAK helps to maintain cellular homeostasis and prevent the development of protein aggregation diseases by preventing the aggregation and misfolding of proteins. Mutations or dysregulation of dNAK have been associated with a range of diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases.
