Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human brain tissue using CSB-PA021334LA01HU at dilution of 1:100
Immunofluorescence staining of MCF-7 cells with CSB-PA021334LA01HU at 1:133, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
CUSABIO yields the anti-SIRPA antibody (CSB-PA021334LA01HU) in the rabbits that are immunized with a peptide corresponding to amino acids 31-373 of the human SIRPA protein. This SIRPA polyclonal antibody only shows reactivity with human SIRPA protein, which exerts a marked inhibitory effect on the anchorage-independent growth of cells. Upon binding to its ligand CD47, SIRPA transduces a downregulation signal that inhibits cell phagocytosis. It exists as an unconjugated IgG isotype. And it has been purified by protein G and is more than 95% pure. It can recognize SIRPA protein in multiple applications, including ELISA, IF, and IHC.
