Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cell with CSB-PA013505LA01HU at 1:180, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Description

The CSB-PA013505LA01HU product is a polyclonal antibody targeting the MAS1 protein. To generate it, a rabbit was inoculated with the recombinant human proto-oncogene Mas protein (285-325aa). Protein G affinity chromatography was used to purify the antibody, resulting in an ultra-high purity level of up to 95%.

This MAS1 polyclonal antibody is reactive with human and mouse samples, and it can recognize the MAS1 protein. Multiple rigorous validations have been conducted on this antibody, demonstrating its efficacy in various applications such as ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF. Therefore, this antibody can be used to quantify LIPA protein levels, identify its presence and size, and localize the MAS1 protein.

Receptor for angiotensin 1-7. Acts specifically as a functional antagonist of AGTR1 (angiotensin-2 type 1 receptor), although it up-regulates AGTR1 receptor levels. Positive regulation of AGTR1 levels occurs through activation of the G-proteins GNA11 and GNAQ, and stimulation of the protein kinase C signaling cascade. The antagonist effect on AGTR1 function is probably due to AGTR1 being physically altered by MAS1.
