Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA011869LA01HU at 1:200, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
CUSABIO uses a partial recombinant protein corresponding to the 625-866 amino acids of the human ITGA6 protein to immunize the rabbit to produce the anti-ITGA6 polyclonal antibody. This ITGA6 antibody exists as the unconjugated IgG isoform. The purity of this antibody is 95%+ using protein G affinity chromatography. This ITGA6 antibody shows reactivity in human, mouse, and rat samples. And it has been validated for use in ELISA, WB, and IF applications.
The ITGA6 protein mainly serves as a cell surface receptor that mediates cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix interactions. Specifically, the ITGA6 protein binds to laminin and other extracellular matrix components and is involved in regulating cell adhesion, proliferation, and survival. Additionally, the ITGA6 protein has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer, inflammation, and fibrosis.
