Applications : Immunoblot analysis

Sample type: 293T cell

Review: Gpr146 is located in membrane fraction. Flag tagged Gpr146 was expressed in 293T cells by transient transfection. Cytosol, membrane and nuclear fractions were isolated as described in Methods. Gpr146 was detected with anti-Flag antibody. Actin, Calnexin and Lamin B1 were used as markers for each fraction.
