Description

COL1A2/COL1A1 polyclonal antibody CSB-PA164287 was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the Synthesized peptide derived from Collagen I . at AA range: 1200-1217 as the immunogen. The protein COL1A2 is pro-alpha2 chain of type I collagen whose triple helix comprises two alpha1 chains and one alpha2 chain. The protein COL1A1 the pro-alpha1 chains of type I collagen. Type I is a fibril-forming collagen found in most connective tissues and is abundant in bone, cornea, dermis and tendon.
This COL1A2/COL1A1 Antibody was tested in the ELISA and WB applications. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. It reacts with the COL1A2/COL1A1 proteins of human or mouse or rat-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of COL1A2/COL1A1 protein.
