Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA004407LA01HU at 1:200, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle tissue using CSB-PA004407LA01HU at dilution of 1:100
The CACNA2D1 polyclonal antibody was produced by introducing the recombinant human voltage-dependent calcium channel subunit alpha-2/delta-1 protein (577-717aa) into rabbits and inducing an immune response that produces antibodies against the CACNA2D1 protein. The rabbit's blood was then collected, and the serum containing the CACNA2D1 polyclonal antibodies was isolated and purified via protein G chromatography. It has high purity, up to 95%, which ensures accurate and reliable results.
The CACNA2D1 polyclonal antibody is capable of reacting with human samples. It has been tested in ELISA, IHC, and IF applications, allowing for the detection of the presence and quantity, visualization of distribution and localization, and identification of the CACNA2D1 protein.
