Claudin-18.2 has emerged as a high-priority therapeutic target in oncology due to its restricted expression pattern and tumor-specific accessibility, making functional protein reagents essential for antibody development campaigns. This recombinant mouse Cldn18.2 is presented as virus-like particles displaying the full-length protein (aa 1–264, Isoform A2.1), preserving native multi-pass transmembrane topology that conventional soluble constructs cannot achieve.
