Description
LY6G6D has emerged as a compelling immunotherapy target in oncology, and this cynomolgus monkey ortholog (residues 20–104, representing the full mature protein) enables critical cross-reactive antibody screening and preclinical validation studies. Binding activity is confirmed by functional ELISA, where immobilized protein at 2 μg/mL engages an anti-LY6G6D recombinant antibody with an EC50 of 3.963–7.154 ng/mL, supporting use in antibody development campaigns, epitope binning, and species cross-reactivity assessments. Yeast-based expression preserves eukaryotic folding of the LY6/uPAR domain while the N-terminal 6×His tag facilitates oriented immobilization on biosensor surfaces for kinetic binding assays.
