Description
CD276 (B7-H3) functions as an immune checkpoint molecule with context-dependent co-stimulatory and co-inhibitory roles, making it a target of interest in cancer immunotherapy and transplantation research. This cynomolgus macaque ortholog, spanning residues 29–465 of the extracellular domain and expressed in mammalian cells to preserve native glycosylation and disulfide architecture, demonstrates quantifiable binding to an anti-CD276 recombinant antibody with an EC50 of 4.299–5.373 ng/mL in functional ELISA, confirming conformational integrity suitable for therapeutic antibody epitope mapping, blocking antibody screening, and competitive inhibition assays. The low endotoxin level (less than 1.0 EU/μg) combined with greater than 95% purity supports use in surface plasmon resonance and biolayer interferometry experiments for affinity characterization of candidate biologics targeting the CD276 pathway. This protein provides a suitable basis for drug discovery workflows focused on immune checkpoint modulation in preclinical primate models.
