This recombinant human CD40 construct spans the extracellular ligand-binding domain (aa 21–193) with a C-terminal hFc tag, and LSPR analysis confirms a KD of 2.06 nM against CD40L, demonstrating conformational integrity that supports SPR/BLI affinity characterization, blocking antibody screening, and epitope mapping studies.
