Description
CD24 is a heavily glycosylated GPI-anchored protein implicated in tumor proliferation, metastasis, and immune evasion, making it a high-value target in cancer immunology research. This recombinant human CD24 construct spans the full mature protein (aa 27–59), is expressed in mammalian cells to preserve native-like glycosylation, and is presented on a nanoparticle scaffold bearing an N-terminal 6×His tag. Functional ELISA confirms robust binding activity, with immobilized CD24 at 2 μg/ml engaging an anti-CD24 recombinant monoclonal antibody at an EC50 of 5.409–8.219 ng/ml, supporting direct use as a positive control in antibody screening, epitope binning, and receptor-ligand binding assays.
