Description
Nectin-4 has emerged as a critical therapeutic target in oncology, serving as the antigen for enfortumab vedotin in urothelial carcinoma, which makes functionally validated recombinant forms essential for antibody development campaigns. This construct spans residues 32–349, covering the three immunoglobulin-like extracellular domains responsible for cell–cell adhesion and receptor engagement, and its mammalian expression system supports native glycosylation and proper disulfide-mediated folding. Binding activity has been confirmed by functional ELISA, where immobilized Nectin-4 at 2 μg/mL bound an enfortumab vedotin-like antibody with an EC50 of 0.60–0.78 ng/mL, directly supporting antibody screening, epitope binning, and ADC precursor validation workflows. With purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE and endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg, this C-terminal His-tagged protein satisfies the quality criteria typical for cell adhesion assays, tumor migration studies, and immune cell trafficking experiments requiring biologically active ligand.
