Description
CD46 functions as a critical complement regulatory protein that protects host cells from autologous complement attack, making it a key target in cancer immune evasion research. This recombinant human CD46 construct (residues 35–328) carries a C-terminal hFc1 tag and demonstrates robust functional activity, with an EC50 of 0.83–1.05 ng/ml in binding ELISA against anti-CD46 monoclonal antibody, supporting its use as a positive control in complement ELISA and as a reliable reagent for inhibitor screening targeting complement pathways.
