LIFR signaling plays a critical role in cancer stem cell maintenance and tumor microenvironment regulation, making its extracellular domain a valuable tool for dissecting ligand-receptor interactions in oncology research. This recombinant human LIFR construct spans residues 45–833, covering the extracellular ligand-binding region, and is expressed in mammalian cells to preserve native glycosylation and conformational integrity essential for accurate binding studies. Functional ELISA validation demonstrates robust LIF engagement with an EC50 of 11.68–15.52 ng/ml, directly supporting use in receptor-ligand interaction assays, competitive inhibition experiments, blocking antibody screening, and affinity characterization by SPR or BLI.
