Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-81°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
KAAG1, a kidney-associated antigen implicated in renal cell carcinoma and other malignancies, presents challenges for immunological studies due to its small size and limited commercial availability in validated formats. This full-length construct (aa 1–84) demonstrates robust antibody-binding activity with an EC50 of 2.040–2.284 ng/mL in functional ELISA against anti-KAAG1 recombinant antibody, confirming proper epitope presentation for immunoassay development and antibody screening workflows. The C-terminal His tag enables straightforward purification while maintaining the native N-terminus critical for antigen recognition, and bacterial expression yields material suitable for high-throughput applications where mammalian glycosylation is not required.
