Description
CD74, the invariant chain of MHC class II, plays a critical role in antigen presentation and has emerged as a therapeutic target in immunology and oncology research. This recombinant human CD74 fragment (residues 73–232 of Isoform 2) demonstrates robust binding activity validated by functional ELISA, where immobilized protein at 2 μg/mL binds anti-CD74 recombinant antibody with an EC50 of 1.317–1.646 ng/mL, supporting use in antibody screening, epitope mapping, and receptor-ligand interaction studies. Produced in mammalian cells with an N-terminal 10xHis tag, this protein retains native-like post-translational modifications relevant to CD74's biological function.
