Description
Ephrin-A5 plays a critical role in EphA receptor-mediated axon guidance, tissue boundary formation, and tumor angiogenesis, making it a key target in cancer biology research. This recombinant human EFNA5 covers the full mature protein (aa 21–203) with a C-terminal hFc1 tag and demonstrates exceptional receptor-binding potency, with an EC50 of 0.87–1.12 ng/ml against immobilized EphA3 in functional ELISA, supporting direct use in receptor-ligand binding assays, competition ELISAs, and SPR-based interaction studies.
