5-10 business days
Note: All of our proteins are default shipped with normal blue ice packs, if you request to ship with dry ice, please communicate with us in advance and extra fees will be charged.
Notes
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.

Description
IL-33 drives type 2 immune responses through ST2 receptor engagement, activating NF-κB and MAPK signaling cascades central to allergic inflammation, tissue repair, and innate lymphoid cell biology. This tag-free recombinant mouse IL-33 (residues 109–266) encompasses the mature cytokine domain and demonstrates exceptional signaling potency, with an ED50 below 0.5 ng/ml in murine D10S cell proliferation assays, corresponding to a specific activity exceeding 2.0 × 10⁶ IU/mg — providing a reliable reference standard for cytokine detection assays and a potent stimulus for ILC2 activation, Th2 differentiation, and mast cell degranulation studies. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts that can confound immune cell functional readouts, making this preparation appropriate for in vivo murine models of airway inflammation or fibrosis as well as antibody development workflows including ELISA coating and Western blot controls. Purity exceeding 98% by SDS-PAGE, combined with this stringent endotoxin profile, supports use in sensitive JAK/STAT and NF-κB pathway dissection experiments.
