5-10 business days
Note: All of our proteins are default shipped with normal blue ice packs, if you request to ship with dry ice, please communicate with us in advance and extra fees will be charged.
Notes
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.

Description
Interleukin-3 is a pleiotropic cytokine that drives the proliferation and differentiation of multipotent hematopoietic progenitors, mast cells, and myeloid lineages, making it indispensable for studying early hematopoiesis and immune cell development. This tag-free recombinant mouse IL-3 (residues 33–166) encompasses the mature protein sequence and demonstrates exceptional potency, with an ED50 below 0.05 ng/mL in M-NFS-60 proliferation assays—corresponding to a specific activity exceeding 2 × 10⁷ IU/mg—providing a reliable basis for dose-dependent proliferation studies, mast cell expansion, and JAK/STAT or MAPK signaling pathway dissection. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts, which supports use in sensitive immune cell functional assays, primary bone marrow progenitor differentiation experiments, and in vivo murine models of inflammation or hematopoietic reconstitution. Purity exceeding 98% by SDS-PAGE further satisfies the criteria expected for ELISA reference standards and antibody validation workflows.
