Description

SIRPα serves as the critical receptor for CD47 in the "don't eat me" signaling axis, making it a high-value target in immuno-oncology checkpoint research and therapeutic antibody development. This recombinant human SIRPα construct spans the extracellular IgV and IgC domains (aa 31–370), providing complete ligand-binding architecture produced in mammalian cells to ensure native glycosylation and proper disulfide-mediated folding. BLI validation demonstrates a KD of 10.1 nM against an anti-SIRPα mAb-Fc, confirming conformational integrity that supports use in antibody epitope mapping, competitive blocking assays, CD47–SIRPα interaction studies by SPR or BLI, and biologic inhibitor screening campaigns. The C-terminal His-tag enables oriented immobilization on biosensor surfaces, while purity exceeding 95% and endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfy the criteria typical for cell-based phagocytosis assays and functional checkpoint blockade experiments.
