Description
CXCL10 (IP-10) is a key interferon-γ–inducible chemokine that drives CXCR3-dependent T-lymphocyte recruitment, making it central to studies of antiviral immunity, transplant rejection, and tumor immunology in the rhesus macaque model. This tag-free recombinant protein encompasses the full mature sequence (residues 22–98), preserving native receptor-binding fidelity, and demonstrates confirmed chemotactic activity on human peripheral blood T-lymphocytes at 10–50 ng/ml, which supports use in transwell migration assays, CXCR3 signaling pathway analyses involving MAPK and JAK/STAT activation, and dose–response calibration as a reference standard in IP-10 detection ELISAs. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive immune cell functional assays and provide a suitable basis for in vivo inflammation or infection models in non-human primates. Purity exceeding 97% by SDS-PAGE, combined with this stringent endotoxin control, also satisfies the criteria typical for antibody development workflows including immunization, coating antigen use, and Western blot positive controls.
