Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

CCL11 (Eotaxin) is a potent CC chemokine that selectively recruits eosinophils via CCR3 signaling, making it a critical tool for dissecting allergic inflammation and type 2 immune responses. This tag-free recombinant mouse Eotaxin, expressed in *E. coli* as the full-length mature protein (residues 24–97), demonstrates confirmed biological activity in eosinophil chemotaxis bioassays at 100–1000 ng/ml, supporting use in transwell migration assays, CCR3 receptor activation studies, and MAPK/calcium flux signaling experiments. The faithful mature sequence and absence of fusion tags provide a suitable basis for use as an immunogen in antibody development, as a positive control in ELISA-based cytokine detection, or as a reference standard for quantifying endogenous Eotaxin levels. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive primary eosinophil and mast cell assays, while purity exceeding 96% by SDS-PAGE aligns with standards expected in murine models of airway inflammation and allergic disease.
