Description
CXCL10 (IP-10) is a key interferon-γ–inducible chemokine that drives CXCR3-dependent T-lymphocyte trafficking, making it central to studies of antiviral immunity, tumor microenvironment remodeling, and inflammatory disease models. This tag-free recombinant mouse CXCL10, encompassing the full-length mature sequence (residues 22–98) produced in *E. coli*, demonstrates potent chemotactic activity on human peripheral blood lymphocytes at 0.1–10.0 ng/mL in the presence of IL-2, providing a reliable basis for chemotaxis and migration assays, CXCR3 signaling pathway dissection (including MAPK and JAK/STAT activation), and dose–response standardization in cytokine detection platforms. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts that can confound immune cell functional readouts, which supports use in primary T-cell activation assays, *in vivo* syngeneic mouse inflammation or tumor models, and as a positive control or immunogen for antibody development and validation—all backed by >97% purity that satisfies the stringency expected in quantitative cell-based experiments.
