Description
CCL28 plays a critical role in mucosal immunity by directing lymphocyte homing to epithelial tissues, making it a key target for studying gut- and lung-associated immune responses. This tag-free recombinant mouse CCL28 (residues 20–130) encompasses the mature protein sequence and demonstrates potent chemotactic activity toward murine lymphocytes at 1.0–10.0 ng/ml, providing a suitable basis for Transwell migration assays, mucosal inflammation models, and signaling pathway studies involving CCR3/CCR10 receptor activation. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive immune cell assays, which satisfies the purity and endotoxin criteria typical for in vivo studies of mucosal trafficking and ex vivo lymphocyte functional assays. Produced in *E. coli* with greater than 97% purity by SDS-PAGE, this protein also supports use as a reference standard in chemokine detection assays or as a coating antigen for antibody validation by ELISA.
