Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Description
CCL27 (CTACK) plays a specialized role in skin-homing T cell recruitment through its interaction with CCR10, making it a key mediator in cutaneous immune responses and inflammatory skin models. This tag-free recombinant mouse CCL27 encompasses the full-length mature protein (residues 26–120), preserving native sequence fidelity critical for accurate receptor engagement, and demonstrates confirmed chemotactic activity on human peripheral blood lymphocytes at 10–100 ng/mL in transwell migration assays. The protein supports use in chemotaxis and migration studies, signaling pathway analyses involving MAPK and NF-κB downstream of CCR10, in vivo mouse models of skin inflammation or atopic dermatitis, and as a reference standard or coating antigen in cytokine detection and antibody validation workflows. Purity exceeding 98% by SDS-PAGE combined with endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfies the stringent criteria needed to avoid LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive immune cell functional assays.
