Description
CCL3 (MIP-1-alpha) is a potent pro-inflammatory chemokine that drives monocyte and macrophage recruitment through CCR1 and CCR5 signaling, making it central to studies of innate immune activation and leukocyte trafficking. This tag-free recombinant human CCL3 (residues 23–92) encompasses the mature protein sequence and demonstrates robust chemotactic activity on human monocytes at 1.0–10 ng/mL, providing a reliable basis for Transwell migration assays, CCR1/CCR5 receptor activation studies, and downstream MAPK or NF-κB signaling experiments.
