Description
CCL25 (TECK) plays a critical role in directing CCR9-expressing thymocytes and gut-homing lymphocytes through chemotactic signaling, making it a key tool for studying mucosal immunity and T-cell trafficking. This tag-free recombinant human CCL25, encompassing the full-length mature sequence (M+24–150aa), drives monocyte chemotaxis at 1.0–10 ng/ml in validated bioassays, confirming potency suitable for Transwell migration assays, CCR9 signaling pathway studies involving MAPK and NF-κB activation, and in vivo models of intestinal inflammation. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts that can confound immune cell functional readouts, supporting use in sensitive primary cell chemotaxis experiments, T-cell homing assays, and as a reference standard in chemokine detection ELISAs. Purity exceeding 97% by SDS-PAGE, combined with this stringent endotoxin control, provides a suitable basis for antibody development workflows including immunization, coating antigen preparation, and positive control generation.
