Description
CCL22 (macrophage-derived chemokine) plays a central role in recruiting CCR4-expressing regulatory T cells and Th2 lymphocytes to sites of inflammation and tumor microenvironments, making it a critical tool for dissecting immune cell trafficking. This tag-free recombinant human CCL22 encompasses the full-length mature sequence (residues 25–93) and demonstrates confirmed chemotactic activity on primary human T-lymphocytes at 10–100 ng/ml, providing a suitable basis for Transwell migration assays, CCR4 signaling studies involving MAPK and NF-κB pathway activation, and in vivo models of tumor immune evasion or allergic inflammation.
