Nectin-2 (CD112) serves as a key ligand for the inhibitory receptor PVRIG, making it a critical target for studying immune checkpoint regulation in tumor microenvironments. This recombinant human Nectin-2 construct, spanning residues 32–360 of isoform alpha with a C-terminal 6xHis tag, demonstrates confirmed binding to both human PVRIG-mFc and PVRIG-Fc in functional ELISA, yielding ED50 values of 3.72 µg/ml and 2.914 µg/ml respectively — data that supports use in receptor-ligand binding assays, checkpoint blocking antibody screening, and PVRIG pathway characterization studies.
