ROR2

ROR2, or receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2 , is a transmembrane protein encoded by the ROR2 gene. It binds to Wnt5A and other ligands, activating the non-classical Wnt/PCP signaling pathway and regulating cell migration, proliferation, and polarity. ROR2 dysfunction is associated with diseases like bone dysplasia and tumor development. Its abnormal expression in tumor cells may promote tumor invasion and metastasis, making ROR2 a potential target for cancer treatment.

Validated Data

IHC image of CSB-RA932279MA1HU diluted at 1：100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human ovarian tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-human polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
