NCR2

NCR2, also known as Natural Cytotoxicity Triggering Receptor 2, is a protein involved in innate immunity. It interacts with DAP12 to regulate immune responses. NCR2 functions as a signaling receptor, mediating transmembrane signaling and protein binding. Its role is critical in pathways related to inflammation and immune surveillance. Diseases associated with NCR2 include certain types of cancer and autoimmune disorders.
