What the kit contains? Is there OTA A-HRP conjugate inside in a separate vial? Is there OTA A-AP conjugate inside in a separate vial?

There is HRP（not AP）conjugate in the kit, and it is labeled with secondary antibody: Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated anti-antibody（not antigen). The plate is coated with Ochratoxin A（antigen）. Ochratoxin A in the sample or the standard competes with the coated Ochratoxin A to bind with the specific antibody.
