Steps:
  • Prepare N mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
  • Add A g of Tris to the solution.
  • Add B g of Hydrochloric Acid to the solution.
  • Add C g of Sodium Chloride to the solution.
  • Add M g of Tween20 to the solution.
  • Adjust solution to final desired pH using HCl or NaOH
  • Add distilled water until volume is X L.
