• Prepare C mL of distilled water in a suitable container.
• Add A g of Sodium Carbonate to the solution.
• Add B g of Sodium Bicarbonate to the solution.
• Adjust solution to final desired pH using HCl or NaOH
• Add distilled water until volume is X L.
