Description

GST monoclonal antibody CSB-MA000031M0m was produced in the mouse immunized by using the Recombinant GST Protein as the immunogen. GST can be used to purify a protein by inserting its coding sequence next to your protein of interest. They will then be expressed as a fusion protein after transcription and translation. The GST tag system has the characteristics of high protein expression yield, convenient purification of expression products, and favorable preparation of GST antibodies.
This GST Monoclonal Antibody was tested in the WB and ELISA applications. The non-conjugated IgG2b got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It can be used for detection and expression of GST-tag fusion expression proteins, intracellular localization, and purification, qualitative or quantitative detection of His fusion-expressed proteins and the like. It doesn’t have species restricted.

Review: The in vitro translated emerin deletion mutants were subjected to GST pull-down assays with purified GST and GST-NICD. Bound proteins were analyzed by western blotting with anti-HA antibody. The purified proteins were subjected to western blot analysis with anti-GST antibody.
