Immunofluorescence staining of 293T cells transfected with Flag tag by CSB-MA000021M0m at 1:300, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-mouse IgG(H+L). The image on the right is the 293T cells transfected without Flag tag.

Description

Flag Tag monoclonal antibody CSB-MA000021M0m was produced in the mouse immunized by using the DYKDDDDK(Flag) synthetic peptide conjugate to KLH as the immunogen. The Flag tag, a popular short peptide tag (DYKDDDDK), can be fused to the C- terminus or N-terminus of the protein. It is used in recombinant DNA technology and can be used for affinity chromatography and can also be used with other affinity tags.
This Flag Tag Monoclonal Antibody was tested in the WB, IF, IP and ELISA applications. The non-conjugated IgG2a got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. Flag antibodies can be used to detect and express the expression of Flag-tagged fusion proteins, intracellular localization, and to purify, qualitatively or quantitatively detect Flag fusion-expressed proteins. It doesn’t have species restricted.
