The NF-kB (Luc) HEK293T Reporter Cell was stimulated with serial dilutions of human TNFα protein. The EC50 was approximately 0.9507 ng/mL.

The NF-kB (Luc) HEK293T Reporter Cell was stimulated with serial dilutions of human TNFα protein. The max induction fold was approximately 611.
