Review: Serum samples were tested with in-house indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect antinNav1.5-Ab. The plate was incubated with 100 µl of rabbit anti-human IgG, HRP conjugated secondary antibody. It suggested the difference in antinNav1.5-Ab expression in the serum of control, pretreatment and ongoing-treatment patients with breast cancer.
