  • The Binding Activity of Human TF with Anti-TF Recombinant Antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human TF (CSB-MP007928HU2) at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-TF recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 1.434-1.635 ng/mL.
  • The Binding Activity of Cynomolgus TF with Anti-TF Recombinant Antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Cynomolgus TF (CSB-MP6582MOV) at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-TF recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 0.4495-0.5538 ng/mL.
Description

Tissue Factor, also designated CD142, serves as the primary initiator of the extrinsic coagulation cascade and plays a pivotal role in hemostasis, thrombosis, and vascular biology. Beyond its classical function in blood clotting, TF has emerged as a significant player in cancer biology, inflammation, and angiogenesis, making it an attractive target for both basic research and therapeutic development in cardiovascular and metabolic disease contexts.

This recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone 10F3, offers researchers the reproducibility and consistency that only sequence-defined reagents can provide. Produced using recombinant technology and expressed as a human IgG1 isotype, this antibody eliminates the lot-to-lot variability inherent in traditional hybridoma-derived antibodies, ensuring that your experimental results remain comparable across studies and over time. Affinity chromatography purification further enhances specificity and reduces background interference.

Functional ELISA validation demonstrates exceptional binding characteristics, with EC50 values of 1.434–1.635 ng/mL against human TF and notably even stronger affinity for cynomolgus TF at 0.4495–0.5538 ng/mL. This cross-species reactivity between human and cynomolgus samples makes this antibody particularly valuable for translational research programs where primate model correlation is essential. The recommended ELISA dilution range of 1:5000 to 1:50000 reflects the antibody's high sensitivity, allowing researchers to conserve reagent while maintaining robust signal detection.

For investigators studying coagulation pathways, tumor microenvironment signaling, or developing TF-targeted therapeutic strategies, this antibody provides a reliable tool backed by quantitative binding data and the inherent advantages of recombinant production.
