Description
Phospho-PRKAA1/PRKAA2 (T183/172) polyclonal antibody CSB-PA477914 was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the synthesized peptide derived from Human AMPKα1/2 around the phosphorylation site of T183/172 as the immunogen. PRKAA1 is the catalytic subunit of the 5'-prime-AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK). PRKAA2 is a catalytic subunit of the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK). AMPK is a cellular energy sensor conserved in all eukaryotic cells. The kinase activity of AMPK is activated by the stimuli that increase the cellular AMP/ATP ratio.
This Phospho-PRKAA1/PRKAA2 (T183/172) Antibody was tested in the ELISA, WB and IHC applications. The non-conjugated IgG was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. It reacts with the Phospho-PRKAA1/PRKAA2 (T183/172) proteins of human or mouse or rat or monkey-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of Phospho-PRKAA1/PRKAA2 (T183/172) protein.
