Note: The complete
sequence may include tag sequence, target protein sequence, linker sequence and extra sequence that is
translated with the protein sequence for the purpose(s) of secretion, stability, solubility, etc.
If the exact amino acid sequence of this recombinant protein is critical to your application,
please explicitly request the full and complete sequence of this protein before ordering.
Protein Length
Full Length of Mature Protein
Tag Info
C-terminal 10xHis-tagged
The tag type will be determined during production process. If you have specified tag type, please tell us and we will develop the specified tag preferentially.
Buffer
Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm sterile filtered PBS, 6% Trehalose, pH 7.4
Storage
Store at -20°C/-81°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Lead Time
3-7 business days
Note: All of our proteins are default shipped with normal blue ice packs, if you request to ship with dry ice, please communicate with us in advance and extra fees will be charged.
Notes
The VLPs are expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293).Mix the sample gently by repeatedly pipetting it up and down. Do not vortex.Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.Store the protein at -20℃/-80℃ upon receiving it, and ensure to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, otherwise, it will affect the protein activity. The immunization strategy should be optimized (antigen dose, regimen and adjuvant).
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, storage temperature and the stability of the product itself. Generally, the shelf life of lyophilized form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C from the date of receipt.

Description
LGR5 marks adult stem cells in multiple epithelial tissues and is overexpressed in colorectal and other cancers, making it a target of interest for both regenerative medicine and oncology antibody development. This full-length mature protein (aa 22–907) is expressed in mammalian cells to preserve the native glycosylation and disulfide bonding essential for proper GPCR folding, then presented on virus-like particles to mimic physiological membrane topology. Functional ELISA validation demonstrates specific antibody binding with an EC50 of 1.690–1.867 ng/mL, confirming that the extracellular leucine-rich repeat domain retains its native conformation and supports use in therapeutic antibody epitope mapping, competitive inhibition screening, and ligand-receptor interaction studies by ELISA or surface plasmon resonance. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg meet the quality thresholds commonly required for antibody validation workflows and small-molecule screening campaigns targeting LGR5-expressing cancer stem cell populations.
