Review: I used CSB-E05110r to detect normal (E2) serum, and the OD value of the standard curve was 0.1873 0.3782 0.6102 0.8984 1.3276 1.9809. The OD value of the sample (the sample OD can provide an approximate range) was 0.8-1.5.
